Make and/or sell your own Holiday / Christmas Lanterns without using a CNC or Laser cutter. With our holiday router templates, you can make lanterns without the use of these expensive machines. Please see note below, these do have some tighter sections which require a 1/4" flush trim bit or smaller pending the detail level required, 1/4" flush trip will get you 95% there.

We have 10 Holiday / Xmas Faces to choose from. Feeling creative mix and match different faces on different sides, the possibilities are endless. Save big and get them all.

Our templates are made from high quality cast acrylic material, ~1/4" thick**. They are laser cut to precise measurement. Each Router Template is cut to exact measurements for standard 5.5” cedar fence pickets. They are ~8” tall and ~5.5” wide, faces are ~4.5” at widest point, this makes centering the template on the cedar fence picket quick and easy.

Please Note: We suggest using a 1/8 template or flush trim bit and double-sided tape for best results, the smaller the bit the more detail you will achieve, this particular set of router templates have some tighter sections. 1/4” bit will work for most cuts but some tight areas may require 1/8” bit for best detail. For best results we use a routing table and flush trim bits either 1/4" or 1/8" pending detail required. Guide bushings do NOT work well or at all for most of these templates, they are too large / tight unless you have a really small sized one.

** These are made from 1/4 (6mm) cast acrylic, this is a general term, actual thickness is slightly thinner, this is standard across all 1/4" acrylic here or anywhere else, similar to a 2 x 4 only being 1.5 by 3.5 No real impact when using template / pattern / flush trim bits but we like to disclose it.
