Acrylic Router Base Plates for Milwaukee M18 FUEL Palm Router – 3 Shapes, 3 Sizes

Customize your routing experience. These precision-cut 1/4" or 3/8" acrylic base plates are designed to fit the Milwaukee M18 FUEL™ Compact Router (Model 2723-20) and come in three shapes and three sizes to suit any woodworking task.  Need a custom shape or size you are not seeing just message us and we can help, rectangles, triangles, ovals.  

Thicknesses:

1/4" - great for occasional and lightweight routing work
3/8" - more durable better for heavier use

**Please Note: If using a 3/8" plate you may need slightly longer screws pending model router you have.  

Available Shapes:
Circle – great for smooth gliding and symmetrical control
Square – ideal for edge work and jig compatibility
D-Shaped – perfect for visibility and front-edge precision

Available Sizes:
Small (4") – compact for tight spaces and detail work
Medium (6") – balanced for general-purpose routing
Large (9") – extended reach for stability and jig setups

Center hole is ~1.19" if you need a specific size to fit a bushing guide or other insert let us know other wise we ship with these dimensions.  This center hole is compatible with most standard 1 3/16" bushing guides.  Screw holes are recessed ~.125" 

If guide bushing support option is selected center hole will also be recessed for bushing to sit recessed.
If guide bushing support option is not selected center hole will not be recessed.

** These are made from 1/4 (6mm) or 3/8" (9mm) cast acrylic, this is a general term/title, actual thickness is slightly thinner, this is standard across all 1/4" or 3/8" acrylic here or anywhere else, similar to a 2 x 4 only being 1.5 by 3.5 No real impact when using template / pattern / flush trim bits but we like to disclose it.
