Our templates are made from high quality cast acrylic material, ~1/4" thick. They are laser cut to precise measurement. Each Router Template is cut to exact measurements for standard 5.5” cedar fence pickets. They are ~8” tall and ~5.5” wide, faces are ~4.5” at widest point, this makes centering the template on the cedar fence picket quick and easy.

We suggest using a 1/8 bit and double-sided tape for best results, the smaller the bit the more detail you will achieve. 1/4” bit will work for most cuts but some tight areas may require 1/8” bit or smaller.
